$FLOORFUND Stock dividends · Every hour

Vote for a stock. Get paid in it every hour.

Every $FLOORFUND trade pays a fee in ETH. Within a minute the fund spends it: half buys back $FLOORFUND, half buys the stock holders voted for (real Robinhood stock tokens like TSLA, NVDA or SPY). At every closing bell, all of that stock is paid out to the wallets that voted, pro-rata to their $FLOORFUND.

Place your order.

Pick one stock. Your ballot is weighted by your live $FLOORFUND balance and stays in until you change it. The winner of each hourly session is what the fund buys all next session, and only wallets with a ballot share the hourly stock dividend.

What the fund owns.

Read live from the fund wallet. Stock bought during a session sits here until the closing bell, then all of it is paid out to voters. $FLOORFUND bought back stays in the fund.

How the floor works.

Four rules, all run by code and settled on-chain. No manual trades.

1

Trade pays tax

$FLOORFUND launches on Pons, paired with ETH. Its creator fee on every buy and sell is paid in ETH to the fund wallet's fee escrow, and the desk claims it every minute.

2

Half buys back

Within about a minute the desk spends half of the new ETH buying $FLOORFUND, which then stays in the fund wallet.

3

Half buys stock

The other half buys the stock token that won the last session, through Uniswap on Robinhood Chain.

4

Voters get paid hourly

Sign a free ballot for one of 8 tickers. At every closing bell, 100% of the stock in the fund is sent to wallets with a ballot, split by how much $FLOORFUND each holds.

05 · FAQ

Questions from the floor.

Are these real stocks?

They are Robinhood stock tokens on Robinhood Chain: ERC-20 tokens that track the price of the listed stock or ETF. They give economic exposure, not legal share ownership. The fund buys them on public Uniswap pools, and you can check every holding on the explorer.

Who gets the dividends?

Every wallet that has signed a ballot before a closing bell and still holds $FLOORFUND. At each bell the fund sends out 100% of the stock tokens it holds, split pro-rata to each voter's $FLOORFUND balance (up to the 50 largest voters per bell). If nobody has voted yet, the stock carries over to the next bell. The fund wallet itself never receives a share.

Does voting cost anything?

No. A ballot is a signed message (personal_sign). No transaction is sent and no funds move. You can change your pick any time, and your latest ballot counts.

How is the winner decided?

Ballots are weighted by the voter's live $FLOORFUND balance, and the fund wallet itself cannot vote. When a session's hour ends, the ticker with the most voting power wins. The fund then buys that stock for the whole next session. If nobody voted, the fund buys SPY.

When does the fund actually buy?

The desk checks the fund about once a minute. It claims any creator fees waiting in the Pons fee escrow, and if enough new ETH has arrived, it sends two orders: a $FLOORFUND buyback and a buy of the current stock pick. A small ETH balance is kept back for gas.

Can anyone take the money out?

The desk code only claims creator fees, buys $FLOORFUND, buys the 8 listed stock tokens and pays those stock tokens out to voters. Every transfer is visible on the Robinhood Chain explorer.

Which wallets work?

Any EVM wallet that can add Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), for example MetaMask, Rabby, OKX Wallet or Coinbase Wallet. The site adds the network for you when you connect.
